New Building Name: Don't forget! We've changed our name from "Vectra Bank Building" back to the Colorado Building.

Current Openings in the Colorado Building: We are currently 98% occupied. We have two Executive Suites available on the 3rd floor for $600 each. This includes reception services, kitchen, conference room, copy/fax room. Available Now.

We also have a fifth floor,west view 3-office suite at $2950 gross per month. This suite has a reception area, and a kitchen and bathroom. Contact Julie or Yvonne at 303-449-7400 for further information.

Upcoming Remodeling: Now that the window shades have been replaced, we're moving on to a few bathroom remodels. We'll start with the first floor bathrooms behind Wachovia and Guaranty Bank.

Woody has moved to the new office at the West Walnut building, which also houses the Boulder Chop House and Tavern. At this time of the year, it is only open for dinner. West Walnut is a beautiful building, and the Chop House a wonderful restaurant, so it would be worth your visit. It is located at 921 Walnut.
